Please feel free to answer the question, WILL HARRY POTTER LIVE PAST THE SEVENTH BOOK? Let us know what you think...

So what do you think? Will Harry Potter survive? Did you hear that Stephen King and John Irving have asked J.K. Rowling to keep him alive... They brought up that after Sherlock Holmes was killed, he had to be brought back by popular demand? What do you think?

I don't think he will... I think that Harry is a descendent of Godric Gryffindor, and is in that sense brave as Gryffindor. I think that Harry is going to sacrifice himself for Hermione, Ron, maybe even Snape.

As for the other death, I sincerely hope not, but I think JK is leaning toward Hagrid. When in New York, she claimed that she would bring Harry, Ron and Hermione to life, and then she paused- stating that she 'knows already who dies'. She then continued to list Hagrid and Dumbledore.

In a similar aspect of the question above, she said exactly, "Harry- to apologize to him".

Oh, I so hope Harry Potter will live. I am still recovering from the death of Dumbledore. I think he will come back in some form in the seventh book... I am convinced he is too important to Harry....

My goodness, Hagrid can't die...He is as strong as a bull...

Why do you think two people will die? Did J.K. Rowling say so? Maybe she will change her mind... After all, she is still writing the book and characters do take on a life of their own no matter what the planning....

In truth, I don't want any of the characters to die....

Harry will most definetely live. He might not return in the best of shape but he'll live. But it really is all up to Jo, because she has had no qualms about killing an beloved character off. She's been said that she has been tempted to so that no one can continue the series besides her. So I swing to the live side, but the world will only know at the release of Book 7.
